After being with Direct TV for four years and being free of any contracts I wanted to add an HD receiver to my home. Direct TV said that is impossible without putting me back on a contract for two more years.

I asked to speak to a manager and the teenage girl who answered the phone refused to transfer me. When I insisted she put me on hold.

She returned to say her manager doesn't want to talk to me and if I want to stop my service with them that was alright with him. Have they gotten so big headed they don't give a *** anymore?
