I had used JH for more than 10 years. When I filed in 2015 , the "pro" said that I should itemize.

I said several times that I had no documentation or receipts for this. She stated that I would not need them. Taking her advice , I said ok. I was then audited for this itemized return , and JH will not accept the responsibility.

I accept that I signed the return , however I am not a tax worker. Why does JH allow workers to do such things , and then use every loophole possible to leave the customer stuck with the audit? Then , upon contacting a local manager , he said "oh well , you signed the papers , so you are responsible." Is this considered good customer service?

I think not.I will never go back , and have taken family and friends away also.
