i had my job do direct deposit on the icard and they still keep saying i have a zero balance and when i call to get the funds returned to my employer so they can cut me a check i was told they dont have a time limit of when it will be done when my employer calls to get the funds returned to them they cant get any where with them they have horrible customer service and when i spoke with the supervisor she was no better did i mention i gave them the check amount account number and my jobs federal id number its days later still havent gotten any where with these people i will never use any of there products again

Monetary Loss: $1500.
